We're looking for an experienced Data Center Recruiter to join our expanding Hyperscale & Mission Critical recruiting team.

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement
- Build and maintain pipelines of top passive and active talent
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent
Recruit nationally for mission-critical professionals including:
- Project Managers
- Superintendents
- Project Engineers
- Safety Professionals
- Estimators
- Commissioning Professionals
- Engineers
- Field Leadership
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within the Data Center, Mission Critical, Hyperscale, Construction, or Engineering industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify, engage, and attract passive talent.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
