Key Responsibilities
- Continuous Monitoring: Monitor power, cooling, network, servers, and critical data center infrastructure (24×7).
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and coordinate with vendors to ensure system reliability.
- Incident Management: Respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, escalate when required, and prepare incident reports.
- Operations & Compliance: Maintain documentation, follow SOPs, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Telecom, IT, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise Data Center Operations.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, servers, storage, virtualization, and networking.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring/DCIM platforms is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and reporting skills.
- Mandatory certifications: CDCP, ITIL Foundation, CDCS/CDCE, or equivalent Data Center certifications.
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
