Job Purpose:
To implement and develop data products and business intelligence services aligned with the center’s policies and methodologies. The role involves coordinating priorities with stakeholders and project managers, building a clear product roadmap, analyzing beneficiary needs, and designing product prototypes. It also focuses on monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to develop new data products and services that support the center’s strategic and business objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage data, business intelligence, and analytics products in line with governance, policies, and product management methodologies
- Coordinate priorities with business owners and project managers based on approved plans
- Align data product objectives with the center’s targets and beneficiary needs
- Develop an integrated roadmap for data and BI products and manage stakeholder requests
- Build product profiles including strategic objectives aligned with governance frameworks
- Measure and analyze product performance and recommend improvements
- Design and develop data and BI products, including preparing prototypes
- Prepare presentations and participate in committees to present progress and updates
- Participate in internal meetings to ensure alignment with overall plans
- Analyze production issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
- Develop concepts for new data products and study opportunities for innovative services
- Contribute to feasibility analysis (commercial/profitability) for new initiatives
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support efficiency and quality initiatives
- Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work & project is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Contribute to day-to-day operations by supporting assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, Data Management, or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
- +5 years of hands-on experience in Data Management or related Data projects.
