Data Scientist – Traditional Machine Learning
Experience Criteria:
- Non-Tier Institutes: 5+ Years
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Institutes with Master’s Degree: 3+ Years
Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, forecasting, and risk analytics
- Work on supervised and unsupervised ML techniques
- Develop models using:
- Linear & Logistic Regression
- SVM
- Random Forest
- XGBoost
- LightGBM
- Perform feature engineering, model tuning, validation, and performance optimization
- Analyze structured and large-scale datasets to generate business insights
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into ML solutions
- Drive end-to-end model lifecycle including deployment and monitoring
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL
- Expertise in Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, Pandas, NumPy
- Good understanding of statistics, probability, and ML algorithms
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and cross-validation techniques
- Strong data manipulation and analytical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus

Education
