Responsibilities
- Manage electrical breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance for 10MMT and 5MMT washeries.
- Oversee and lead Capex projects related to electrical systems.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability as per maintenance requirements.
- Develop and oversee the electrical maintenance budget.
- Monitor energy consumption daily. Analyze energy consumption trends and identify the areas for energy saving and implement the same
- Monitoring and maintain power factor >0.90 in each substation and ensure working of automatic power factor correction panel
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical maintenance professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize electrical systems and processes.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in electrical maintenance practices.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms by employees by following all maintenance SOPs and safety SOPs
- Monitoring the work completion for PTW and SOP norms
- Implementation of LOTO
- Ensure Weekly compliance of Safety interaction SRFA / Gensuite reporting.at least 8 / month
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis and take measures to minimize the risk
Qualifications
Education Qualification
- BE / B. Tech – Electrical
Certification required
Relevant certifications in electrical maintenance and management
