We are hiring for a leading engineering solutions provider in Pakistan (client confidential) seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join their Pumps division.
If you have a strong background in industrial equipment sales and want to work on high-impact projects across key sectors—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of API & standard pumps and cooling tower solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key client accounts
- Engage with consultants, EPC contractors, and end users
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering teams
- Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions & technical discussions
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts & CRM records
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in pump or industrial equipment sales
- Strong understanding of centrifugal pumps & API standards
- Proven track record in B2B / project-based sales
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
Preferred
- Knowledge of hydraulics & pump selection tools
- Experience working with consultants & contractors
