Quality Control 3 Engineer
The Quality Control 3 Engineer is responsible for following established Quality Control (QC) programs to achieve and verify quality expectations for a durable and reliable installation. This role oversees field inspections to ensure work is in compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Key duties include documenting, implementing, and managing the Quality Control Plan on assigned projects.
Responsibilitie

- :Gather customer-specific quality requirements; review all relevant governing reference materials for development and implementation of a project-specific quality plan
- .Create and maintain the project-specific quality plan; ensure alignment between internal and external quality plans
- .Conduct mutual understanding meetings with subcontractors
- .Create and maintain a Quality Control Tracking Log (QCTL) with planned and actual schedules for each phase of quality control
- .Develop and maintain necessary project-specific QC checklists
- .Verify and track submittal approvals
- .Facilitate and participate in design reviews
- .Maintain ongoing communication with client or client representatives for issue resolution, reporting, process improvements, and audits

- .Facilitate and coordinate inspections and audits with third-party inspectors
- .Document tailored processes across the value stream using recognized frameworks such as ISO, CMMI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PMBOK, and ITIL
- .Identify technical and administrative controls; create rules, policies, and procedures for implementation
- .Lead activities related to quality assurance, compliance, audits, deliverables, and continuous improvement efforts
- .Conduct audits to measure adherence to documented policies and procedures
- .Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- .Develop project quality scorecards and report adherence levels to project and executive stakeholders
- .Lead process improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
