We are looking for a Device Analysis Engineer (Mechanical) to join a leading engineering team supporting next-generation consumer hardware products.
📍 Location: DEEP C2A Industrial Zone, Hải Phòng, Vietnam
💰 Salary: USD 2,000 – 2,800/month (higher package negotiable for outstanding candidates)
Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct hands-on mechanical failure analysis and root cause investigations
✅ Drive corrective actions and quality improvements with cross-functional teams
✅ Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners on critical product issues
✅ Develop lessons learned and feed-forward recommendations for future products
✅ Support lab operations and mechanical analysis strategy development
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
✔ 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, quality, or failure analysis
✔ Strong knowledge of X-Ray, 3D Microscope, CMM, Instron, Profilometer and related FA tools
✔ Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
✔ Good English communication skills
✔ Able to travel to factories and supplier sites when required
Preferred
⭐ Experience in consumer electronics manufacturing/design
⭐ Creo Parametric proficiency
⭐ Knowledge of plastics, metal stamping, tooling, molding processes
⭐ Experience with DOE, Minitab, JMP, and engineering data analysis
