We're seeking a senior leader to oversee and develop the data center division for a multi-billion-dollar EPC organization.
The multi-billion-dollar, employee-owned business has been consistently trusted by Fortune 100 companies to deliver mega projects for the past 100+ years.
This opportunity requires full-time onsite work, with the ability to be based anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale the firm's data center division — establishing processes, standards, and team structure.
- Own end-to-end project delivery across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact for hyperscale and enterprise clients.
- Drive P&L accountability, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management across multiple concurrent projects.
- Support business development, including bid strategy, proposals, and client acquisition.
- Recruit and mentor project management talent as the division grows.
Requirements
- 15+ years in construction or EPC project delivery, with significant data center experience.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects ($200M+).
- Strong understanding of data center MEP systems, critical infrastructure, and Tier classifications.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders at a divisional or programme level.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; PMP or equivalent preferred.
