We are seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance Services to provide strategic leadership and oversight for all maintenance operations within a large-scale industrial facility. This role is responsible for developing and executing maintenance programs that maximize equipment reliability, operational efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness while supporting continuous production and business objectives.

Qualificat
- ions10+ years of progressive maintenance, reliability, plant engineering, or technical operations experience in an industrial environm
- ent.Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams and complex facility operati
- ons.Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodolog
- ies.Experience with CMMS systems, maintenance planning and scheduling, KPI reporting, and reliability progr
- ams.Technical expertise in industrial mechanical systems, utilities, HVAC, refrigeration, pumps, motors, piping, and rotating equipm
- ent.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and problem-solving ski
- lls.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related field prefer
red.
