As a Mechanical Engineering Manager Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical engineering department in designing and executing infrastructure solutions for existing healthcare facilities.
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary: $131,521–$190,500 + up to 20% annual bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, fostering collaboration and professional development
- Manage complex mechanical projects end-to-end, including task delegation and resource allocation
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with cross-functional teams (electrical, PM, construction)
- Review designs for compliance and present to Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) for approval
