We are looking for a seasoned Project Leadership professional to lead and oversee a portfolio of large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects in the GCC region.
Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
✔ 22+ years of EPC experience with at least 10 years in the GCC Oil & Gas sector
✔ Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Business Unit Head, Project Director, Program Director, Operations Director – EPC or equivalent
✔ Strong experience managing multiple projects, project teams, budgets, schedules, and client stakeholders
✔ Extensive exposure to large Oil &Gas projects and standards is essential
✔ Proven track record in project execution, risk management, commercial performance, and safety excellence
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead the successful delivery of multiple EPC projects within schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives
🔹 Drive project strategy, governance, resource planning, and stakeholder management
🔹 Manage project risks, recovery plans, and performance improvement initiatives
🔹 Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
🔹 Lead and mentor Project Directors, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams
🔹 Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and organizational objectives
