We are currently seeking a technical leader with the aim of bridging the gap between traditional HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and advanced liquid cooling technology.
Your role is not merely to design IT components, but to integrate the liquid cooling system with our core chiller products to create a leading "wind and liquid unified" integrated solution in the industry.
III. Core Responsibilities
1. System Architecture Design
• Led the research and development of the cold plate liquid cooling system (CDU, manifold, quick connectors);
Responsible for the system coupling design of the secondary side liquid cooling loop and the primary side infrastructure (compressor, evaporative condenser unit, dry cooler).
2. Technological攻关
• Utilize CFD/thermal simulation tools (Fluent, Icepak, 6SigmaET) to optimize the flow field distribution and heat exchange efficiency of high-density cabinets (20kW – 100kW+)；
• Overcoming key engineering challenges: leak-proof design, compatibility of cooling medium materials, deionization treatment, and pressure control logic.
3. Productization and Standardization
• Promote the full process of the product from "concept → prototype → mass production" to be implemented;
Establish the testing standards and technical specifications for the liquid-cooled product line.
4. Market and Customer Support
• Assist in project bidding and technical exchanges for major clients such as Internet giants, operators, and semiconductor fabrication plants;
Represent the company to attend global industry summits such as ODCC and Gartner, thereby enhancing the brand influence of the technology.

• Educational Background: Master's or doctoral degree, majoring in fields such as mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), fluid mechanics, etc.
• Experience Requirements:
• More than 5-10 years of experience in thermal management or data center cooling research and development;
• Candidates with experience in commercial air conditioning / central air conditioning systems will be given priority (we highly value whether the candidate understands the working principle of the refrigeration units).
Candidates with experience in ultra-large-scale data centers, HPC (High Performance Computing), and AI infrastructure will be given priority consideration.
