About The Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Legal Drafter who is passionate about producing accurate, compliant, and professional legal documents. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and revising a variety of legal documents, including deeds, amendments, and other materials that support our clients and legal team.
As a key member of our Drafting and Funding Team, you'll work closely with attorneys and legal professionals to ensure documents are prepared efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your attention to detail and ability to manage document revisions will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our legal services.
This is a fully remote position requiring availability during standard West Coast business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM PST). If you thrive in a deadline-driven environment, enjoy working independently, and take pride in producing exceptional legal work, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Draft, prepare, and revise legal documents, including deeds, amendments, and other related legal materials
- Review legal templates and customize documents based on specific client or case requirements
- Ensure all drafted documents comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to clarify document requirements and expectations
- Manage document revisions and maintain accurate version control throughout the drafting process
- Organize and maintain digital legal files, records, and supporting documentation
- Conduct quality reviews to identify and correct formatting, grammatical, or legal inconsistencies
- Track deadlines and prioritize assignments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate professionally with team members regarding document status, revisions, and outstanding requirements
- Support continuous process improvements to increase drafting efficiency and document accuracy

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a remote legal environment
- Proven experience drafting legal documents, particularly deeds, real estate documents, and transactional materials
- Experience managing document workflows, version control, and legal recordkeeping
- Familiarity with real estate, estate planning, corporate, or transactional legal practices is a plus
