Job Purpose:
Coordinate the planning, inspection, storage, mobilization, and maintenance of drilling, completion, and well intervention equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. Ensure equipment readiness, inventory accuracy, QA/QC compliance, and adherence to company HSE standards while supporting onshore and offshore well operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate warehouse activities and equipment logistics to support drilling, completion, and well intervention operations.
- Ensure all equipment is available, inspected, certified, and fit for purpose before mobilization.
- Perform QA/QC acceptance checks on new equipment and verify compliance with technical specifications.
- Coordinate the assembly, testing, and inspection of completion equipment and sub-assemblies.
- Manage equipment movements, inventory records, and SAP transactions to maintain full equipment traceability.
- Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, certification, and repair programs, including pressure control equipment (PCE).
- Conduct inspections at contractor and vendor facilities, including pre-load out and return inspections.
- Track equipment utilization and coordinate repair or replacement of damaged or missing items.
- Support offshore well intervention teams by prioritizing equipment requirements and maintaining action lists.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling, completion, or well intervention operations within the oil and gas industry, including at least 3 years of offshore experience.
- Strong knowledge of completion and well intervention equipment, logistics, warehouse operations, QA/QC processes, and SAP inventory management.
- Experience with equipment certification, testing, maintenance, and pressure control equipment (PCE).
- IWCF Level 2 certification is preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional Middle Eastern or Asian language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with a commitment to HSE excellence.
