Job Responsibilities
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot DJI drones, remote controllers, batteries, and related equipment.
2. Perform repairs, component replacement, and system restoration based on diagnostic results.
3. Complete repair records, service reports, and work order updates in accordance with company procedures.
4. Conduct functional testing, reliability testing, and safety inspections after repair.
5. Ensure repaired equipment meets delivery standards before release.
6. Follow up with customers after service delivery to confirm equipment performance and repair effectiveness.
7. Participate in technical case reviews and summarize common faults and solutions.
8. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the technical knowledge base to improve service efficiency and quality.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
2. Experience in repairing electronic equipment, telecommunication equipment, drones, or related technical products.
3. Solid understanding of electronic circuits and basic troubleshooting principles.
4. Proficient in using common repair tools such as multimeters, soldering stations, and power supplies.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the UAV industry.
* Experience in repairing electronic, telecommunication, or precision equipment.
* Familiarity with RTK, GPS, and data transmission systems.
* Drone operation and flight experience.
* Basic knowledge of computer networking and troubleshooting.
* Strong learning ability and willingness to develop technical expertise.
