This role reports directly to the Project Manager and involves overseeing the complex design aspects of highways and municipal roads. You will be responsible for all civil roadway elements, from initial planning to project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance. Collaborating with junior engineers, you’ll also prepare essential technical documents and engage stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage civil components of major roadway projects
• Support junior engineers with technical guidance
• Create and review technical reports and design documents
• Conduct site inspections and field assessments
• Foster positive client interactions with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)
• Proven expertise in highway engineering and consulting
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
