We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer with 5+ Years of Experience in Facility Management.
About the Role
The role involves managing electrical systems and ensuring efficient facility management through various responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Detailed knowledge of electrical systems, LV systems, and power distribution systems
- Detailed knowledge of BMS systems, control philosophies and ability to diagnose and rectify abnormal conditions
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Proven ability to arrange and coordinate maintenance activities across all disciplines
- Manpower management including allocation, training, performance management
- Deep understanding of KPI/SLA regimes and proven ability to consistently manage workload to ensure tasks are not overdue
- Excellent communication skills and well developed delegation skills
- Proven ability to convert manpower into a highly motivated team
- Provides succinct briefings and recommendations without being overly technical
- Well developed problem diagnoses and resolution skills
- Highly developed knowledge and practice of HSQE as an integral part of daily operations
- Demonstrable ability to maintain focus coupled with strong work ethic and sustained high level of productivity
- Excellent can do attitude, removes blockers and brings timely solutions to problems
- Strong general office software skills
- Health & safety qualification / certification preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Facility Management
- Engineering degree qualified with hands on operational experience in operations and maintenance
Required Skills
- Detailed knowledge of electrical systems
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong general office software skills
