Job Summary

Hyundai Engineering Mexico is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Engineering Manager to lead electrical maintenance and construction activities for high-voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in relay coordination, root cause analysis, and team leadership within industrial or plant environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage electrical engineering and maintenance teams.

* Supervise high-voltage (HV) electrical system maintenance and construction activities.

* Configure and manage relay coordination systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.

* Investigate electrical incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, technical standards, and company procedures.

* Coordinate with internal departments and contractors to support project execution and operational stability.

* Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

* Minimum of 7 years of experience in:

* High-voltage electrical maintenance

* Electrical construction projects

* Industrial or plant environments

* Strong knowledge of relay coordination and electrical protection systems.

* Proven experience in root cause analysis and incident investigation.

* Previous experience in a managerial or team leadership role.

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

* English proficiency is preferred.
