Key Responsibilities

- Define system requirements, support testing, qualification, and certification activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and provide technical leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience in hybrid-electric, battery, aircraft power, or advanced vehicle systems.
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, battery integration, and electrical power management.
- Aerospace or advanced mobility experience preferred.
