Position: Contract Electrical Engineer at Acero

Your role will involve thorough reviews of solar farm and battery storage drawings, along with engineering design for various electrical systems. Strong collaboration with third-party contractors and project teams is essential as you ensure project goals are met with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review solar farms and battery storage plans
• Develop and assess AC and DC system designs
• Perform Load Flow and Short Circuit analyses
• Prepare specifications and construction documents
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams
Requirements:
• 6-15 years of experience in electrical engineering
• Must have APEGA (P.Eng.) registration
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Visio
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
