Enedym, a McMaster University startup, seeks a knowledgeable Electrical Engineering co-op for hands-on development. You will assist in PCB design, electronic assembly, and system testing. This position lets you impact hardware integration within our advanced motor systems while working closely with a skilled engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and layout printed circuit boards (PCBs) for various applications

• Maintain engineering documentation, including schematics and BOMs

• Assemble and solder prototype PCBs with precision

• Debug hardware using tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters

• Collaborate with engineers to integrate electronics into motor systems

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Electrical Engineering or related program

• Proficient with PCB design software, preferably Altium Designer

Hands-on experience in soldering and assembling prototypes

• Familiarity with electronics debugging and test equipment

• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities
