Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between Hospital Management and technical teams to ensure smooth operations
- Plan, supervise, and manage corrective and preventive maintenance activities across all hospital departments
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures, and maintenance policies
- Oversee maintenance work orders, daily inspections, and timely resolution of technical issues
- Conduct technical evaluations for new equipment and monitor equipment condition, performance, and depreciation
- Manage hospital assets, warranty claims, service contracts, suppliers, and procurement coordination
- Develop maintenance schedules, monitor KPIs, and prepare maintenance and performance reports
- Train, evaluate, mentor, and support technical staff and new engineers
- Support implementation and follow-up of digital maintenance systems and operational improvements
- Provide technical and operational support as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in maintenance management, preferably in healthcare or facility management
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, biomedical equipment, and maintenance practices
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and ISO 9001 quality systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
