We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Electrical Production Manager – Substations to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of substation projects. This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in high-voltage electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the production and construction of electrical substations (MV/HV/LV)
- Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site execution
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, and contractors
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
- Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in substation construction or electrical infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in a production or project management role
- Strong knowledge of substations, transformers, switch gear, and protection systems
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
