In this full-time role, you’ll be instrumental in the development of high-performance injection molding systems. Your experience in electrical engineering will be pivotal in designing and delivering robust electrical sub-systems, conducting failure mode analyses, and problem-solving for industry challenges. Collaborate with cross-discipline teams, progressing ideas from concept to fully operational machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and analyze design requirements and business needs
• Solve electrical design challenges including system reliability
• Design complete electrical sub-systems for automation
• Participate in validation testing and incorporate feedback
• Prepare detailed manufacturing documentation and assembly instructions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• 5-10 years in machinery automation product development
• Skilled in electrical design calculations
• Knowledge of circuit design and EPLAN preferred
• Experience with North American and International electrical safety standards
