该职位来源于猎聘  Gather stakeholder requirements documents (=specifications) and break them down into requirements. 

Implement the requirements into the specified software (Teamcenter, Polarion).  Assign the requirements to responsible project roles, drive their analysis and obtain an agreed baseline for the product development.  Ensure formal quality, consistency, and completeness of system requirements and documents meant for suppliers, development partners, etc.  Assist the project team in deriving system requirements.  Coordinate completeness of all relevant data and relations in the specified software.  Maintain requirements change requests.  Plan the schedule for handling the requirements and continuously report the actual progress to the project team and the organization.  Provide requirements-related basis for decisions in the project.  Train and guide the project teams in and through the requirements engineering pro-cess.  Actively participate in continuous improvement (working methods, standardization, reusability, synergies, tools, etc.).
