We are seeking a skilled and motivated Energy Engineer to join our growing team in Germany. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing energy-efficient solutions to support our sustainability and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, and optimize energy systems and processes
- Conduct energy audits and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Develop and implement renewable energy solutions (e.g., solar, wind, or hybrid systems)
- Monitor energy consumption and prepare technical reports
- Ensure compliance with German and EU energy regulations and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in energy management, renewable energy, or industrial energy systems
- Strong knowledge of energy efficiency standards and German/EU regulations
- Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
