About the role
Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) is seeking a talented Engineering Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate (or about to graduate) with a passion for mechanical or electrical engineering. As an Engineering Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our engineering operations and contributing to the overall success of our properties.
Our 6-week internship program, running from June to July 2026, is designed to offer you a holistic understanding of our industry, immerse you in our company's culture, and provide the chance to work alongside seasoned professionals.
This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of building equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Participate in the implementation of energy-efficient initiatives and sustainability projects
- Provide technical support to the engineering team and collaborate with other departments
- Take ownership of special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned
What we're looking for
- Fresh graduate or about to graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
- Can start by June 22 and report full-time
- Equipped with a personal laptop for onsite work
