- Play a pivotal role in integrating sustainability practices across ARL by promoting environmental responsibility and fostering a culture of social and ethical awareness.
- Drive and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall organizational performance within Akij Resources.
- Receive and review maintenance work orders, including both preventive and corrective maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with the Store Department to ensure the timely availability and collection of required spare parts for maintenance activities.
- Assign qualified and skilled personnel to maintenance tasks to ensure timely and effective completion of work.
- Maintain Health Check Sheets in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate monitoring and documentation of machine conditions.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all maintenance activities for effective tracking and future reference.
- Participate in troubleshooting activities to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and verify component quality to ensure equipment reliability and uninterrupted operations.
- Control and optimize maintenance spare parts costs within the approved departmental budget.
- Minimize equipment downtime by ensuring maintenance breakdowns are resolved within the targeted timeframe as per the maintenance plan.
- Supervise, evaluate, and enhance the performance, productivity, and motivation of non-management employees through regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
