Purpose
The Global Trainee Program is a full-time, two-year development program designed to build technical and operational capabilities in recent graduates. Trainees gain hands-on experience supporting operations, learning industrial processes, and contributing to team objectives while preparing for future roles within Tenaris.
Main Responsibilities
- Learn and understand manufacturing and process workflows through hands-on experience
- Monitor process performance and support compliance with quality and operational standards
- Support cross-functional teams in daily operations and project execution, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking
- Assist in the implementation of new processes, tools, and operational initiatives
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on process performance, cost efficiency, and reliability
- Define and execute the Global Trainee project, delivering measurable results aligned with assigned area objectives
- Complete all required Global Trainee Program training and development activities
- Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Materials Science Engineering
- Recent graduate ( 2024-2026) and less than 3 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of intermediate to advance MS Excel and Power Bi.
- Experience or exposure to industrial environments is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in an operational setting
- Availability to work onsite in Koppel, PA or Ambridge, PA
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally, as required within the program
