Qualifications
- Proven experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to mentor and guide engineering teams effectively
- Strong background in Software Development with expertise in modern technologies and coding practices
- Skilled in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within scope and deadlines
- Experience with Systems Integration and the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
