Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Engineering Manager. The Engineering Manager will oversee technical projects, lead engineering teams, ensure timely delivery of software solutions, and align team objectives with company goals. Responsibilities also include managing system integration processes, developing project strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills, with experience motivating and mentoring teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Software Development and system design workflows.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects on time and within scope.
- Expertise in Integration processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between components and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the transportation or mobility industry is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage distributed teams.
