Your Impact
- Build software that matters, contributing hands-on to features and improvements across a .NET backend and React frontend, raising product quality, reliability, and performance.
- Shape what ships, guiding pragmatic technical decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability.
- Grow engineers, coaching teammates to develop confidence, ownership, and strong technical judgement.
- Turn problems into outcomes, partnering closely with Product to solve real customer needs—not just deliver tickets.
- Increase learning velocity, using experimentation and fast feedback loops to continuously improve.
- Enable autonomy, helping teams move faster through clear expectations and lightweight standards.
What You Bring
- A strong software engineering background with experience leading engineers in a product environment.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining applications using .NET and React.
- Comfort balancing hands-on development with people leadership.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and distributed systems.
- Clear, collaborative communication and sound technical judgement.
What This Role Is Not
- Project or delivery management
- A hands-off management position
- An architecture gatekeeper role
