Engineering Manager – Somerset county, NJ
We’re looking for a collaborative manufacturing engineering leader with experience driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and new product introduction in a fast-paced production environment.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives
• Support manufacturing optimization, equipment reliability, and scale-up activities
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Facilities
• Lead engineering projects supporting production growth and commercialization
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in manufacturing engineering
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Strong project management and continuous improvement background
Preferred:
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
• Experience with NPD and manufacturing optimization
