Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking to play a key role in delivering some of Saudi Arabia's most ambitious infrastructure programmes?
Janikin Energy is supporting a leading engineering and construction organisation that continues to play a significant role in the Kingdom's transformation. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across major infrastructure developments.
Responsibilities
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee engineering design coordination, technical reviews and shop drawing approvals.
• Manage consultant, contractor and client interfaces.
• Drive engineering quality, programme delivery and technical compliance.
• Support project planning, risk management and engineering governance.
Requirements
✔ 15+ years' engineering experience.
✔ Previous Engineering Manager, Design Manager or Technical Manager experience.
✔ Strong multidisciplinary engineering leadership.
✔ Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or major construction programmes.
✔ GCC experience, ideally within Saudi Arabia.
✔ SCE registration advantageous.
