JOB DESCRIPTION:
EHS & Safety Leadership
- Drive EHS standards, risk assessments, and LOTO compliance
- Strengthen safety culture and ensure full regulatory compliance
Maintenance & Reliability Excellence
- Build a “Zero Breakdown” culture through WCM Reliability Pillar
- Optimize equipment performance, maintenance systems, and cost control
- Lead CAPEX planning and implementation effectively
WCM Deployment
- Lead Reliability & Risk Prevention Pillars
- Drive engineering contribution to overall WCM journey
- Apply cost deployment and performance improvement initiatives
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Lead product & equipment innovation initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally to improve quality, cost, and productivity
- Benchmark and translate insights into actionable improvements
People Leadership
- Develop engineering team capabilities
- Build strong succession and training plans
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–8 years in Engineering within Manufacturing (incl. management experience)
- Strong background in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation systems
- Experience in WCM / TPM (a strong advantage)
- Proven capability in project management, cost control, and innovation
- A leader with strategic thinking, drive, and a continuous improvement mindset
