About the Role

Engineering & Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering & Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, and Continuous Improvement functions within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, technology adoption, capital investment initiatives, and long-term manufacturing capability development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, and Continuous Improvement teams.
  • Develop and execute manufacturing and engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve operational performance.
  • Manage strategic CAPEX projects and technology investments.
  • Oversee capacity planning, process optimization, and manufacturing scalability.
  • Ensure equipment reliability, infrastructure performance, and operational continuity.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, quality, and safety.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
  • 6–10 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 4 years in leadership positions.
  • Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Project Management, and CAPEX administration.
  • Experience within plastic molding and metal stamping manufacturing environments,
  • Advanced English proficiency.
