Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager III to lead quality and manufacturing initiatives for new product development programs. This role will partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to drive product quality, resolve complex issues, and implement scalable quality systems across global manufacturing sites.
Job Title: Quality & Manufacturing Operations
Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: $70-79 per hour on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and issue resolution through Failure Analysis & Corrective Action (FACA).
- Analyze manufacturing and build data to assess process capability and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement quality monitoring systems, including IQC, OQC, and Reliability Testing.
- Establish reporting metrics and communicate program status to leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Drive best practices across manufacturing sites and product lines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments (consumer electronics, automotive, medical devices, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, metrology, SPC, AQL, GR&R, and process capability (Cpk).
- Proficiency with JMP and/or Minitab for statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality systems, and reliability methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered data analysis tools and automated inspection systems is a plus.
