Reports to: Engineering Manager

Compensation: $100 – $120K CAD

Your Role:

Lead engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You’ll drive plant efficiency, support process improvements, and guide cross-functional teams in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute engineering and plant-based projects
  • Manage cross-functional teams and project timelines
  • Drive process improvements and plant optimization using Lean principles
  • Oversee design, layout, and equipment upgrades
  • Track risks, issues, and project performance metrics
  • Support new equipment and line commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and plant operations
  • Experience with Lean, process improvement, and project leadership
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Solid understanding of GD&T and engineering standards
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
