We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations, ensuring all facilities, systems, and equipment run efficiently and safely. This role involves leading a team of technicians, coordinating preventive maintenance, and supporting operational excellence through technical expertise and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the engineering and maintenance team in performing daily operations and maintenance tasks.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Monitor the performance of equipment and implement improvement plans to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure engineering support for operational needs and projects.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, quality, and company standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or engineering operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, chillers, freezers, air conditioning units and kitchen equipment are preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication, organizational, and planning skills.
