Reporting to the Engineering Contracts Manager, you will supervise operational teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely and in line with agreed standards, specifications and timescales.
Key responsibilities:
* Supervise and support site‑based teams, providing clear direction and leadership
* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and safe systems of work
* Allocate work and resources to meet service and project requirements
* Monitor work quality and address issues arising on site
* Support project delivery and liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate site records and reports
* Participate in the 24‑hour call‑out rota when required
You will have supervisory experience in an engineering, construction or operational environment, a strong understanding of health and safety requirements, and the xekaoyc ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining service standards.
