Job Overview
We’re looking for an Equipment Supervisor with experience in electronics manufacturing to oversee
equipment operations on our production lines. You’ll lead a team of Equipment Engineers and
Technicians to keep our equipment running smoothly, reliably, and efficiently. The best fit for this role
has strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the team of Equipment Engineers and Technicians to ensure smooth
equipment operations
Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
Train and mentor equipment technicians and engineers on best practices and technical skills.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support line changes, process
improvements, and new product launches.
Drive the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives to boost
equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to achieve manufacturing
goals.
Ensure all equipment activities comply with ESD, Safety, and Quality standards.
