In this position, you will utilize your mechanical or electrical expertise to support our Facilities department. With 1–2 years of relevant experience, you will work closely with fellow technicians and participate in an on-call emergency program. Strong documentation practices and compliance with quality policies are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete work orders and service requests on time
• Document all completed tasks per Good Documentation Practices
• Collaborate with technical staff on repairs and maintenance
• Respond to equipment alarms, escalating issues as needed
• Participate in the rotating shift and emergency on-call program
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical field
• 1–2 years of experience in equipment troubleshooting
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
• Knowledge of ISO and GMP regulations is a plus
• Ability to learn new software quickly
