What You’ll Do
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for developing competitive, detailed estimates that support winning bids while protecting margin and delivery standards. You’ll work closely with operations and leadership to ensure bids align with capacity, timelines, and financial targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting drawings, specifications, and project scopes to create highly detailed and accurate estimates
- Collaborating with operations and senior leadership to align bids with production capacity, schedules, and profitability
- Ensuring compliance with corporate, safety, and legal requirements across all bid submissions
- Supporting smooth project transitions by clearly communicating awarded project details to operations and finance teams
