IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Be responsible for demonstrating expertise in managing telecom exchange operations, ensuring the reliable performance of switching systems, MSAGs, GPON/ODN infrastructure, and microwave networks. Experienced in maintaining power systems, including AC/DC, solar, DG sets, rectifiers, and batteries, while leading fault resolution, preventive maintenance, and field operations to maximize network availability, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Qualification:
Education:
- BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics etc.)
Experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience
Technical Competency:
- Telecom Access network Operations management
- Switching, GPON and Power equipment technical support
- Electrical Power (AC/DC/Solar/Generators) functional and O&M experience
