Multinational Company is looking for Molding Manager
Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage and supervise all molding operations (cup molding, foam shaping, heat pressing, etc.)
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily/weekly production plan
- Monitor machine efficiency, capacity utilization, and downtime reduction
- Maintain consistent product quality as per buyer requirements and technical specifications
- Coordinate with IE, Quality, Cutting, and Sewing departments for smooth workflow
- Ensure proper setting and maintenance of molding machines (temperature, pressure, timing)
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce rejection rates
- Lead troubleshooting for molding defects (wrinkle, burn mark, shape deviation, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and buyer requirements (RSC/Nirapon/Compliance)
- Supervise and develop molding operators, technicians, and supervisors
- Prepare production reports, efficiency reports, and defect analysis
- Work closely with the Technical team for new style development and sample approval
- Ensure proper handling of molds, tools, and raw materials
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

- Strong knowledge of molding machines and process parameters
- Understanding of lingerie construction and technical requirements
- Production planning and efficiency improvement skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills (English & Bangla)Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, reporting)
