External Job Description
Job Purpose
- His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for – training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.
- He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.
- He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement.
- Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region.
Business Responsibility Areas
- Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit
- Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency
- Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage
- Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints
- Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy
- Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors
- Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.
Qualifications
- Essential –
- Full time (Regular Day Course) Graduation in any discipline with Min 50% Marks
- Engineers will not be considered
Desired – MBA Marketing
Previous Experience
- Essential
- Fresher will also be considered
Desired
- Work experience in related area of 0.5 – 1 years would be preferred
