IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Be responsible for managing Core Network projects and coordinating with PMO teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of network initiatives. It also oversees Transport Network configuration, optimization, and fault troubleshooting, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain network stability, minimize service disruptions, and ensure the reliable performance of core and transport infrastructure.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:
- Project coordination with PMO & planning Teams. Ensuring support from NOC end for all transport & Transmission related projects
- Coordination with Relevant Teams &Stakeholders for resolution of All Services/Quality of Services related Complaints
- Monitoring of transmission networks and coordination with regional teams for rectification of faults, analysis of service affecting alarm
- Supporting Carrier desk for carrier faults handling and new deployments
- Performing FM duties to supervise all activities including assisting customers, monitoring staff and coordination with management
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Qualification:
Education:
- BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics)
Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
Technical Competency:
- Problem resolution and analytical skills
- Basic concept of NOC
- PTN & OTN Networks knowledge.
