Position: Expert Measurement & Controls Engineer Role
Drive innovation in measurement systems at Kingston Midstream as an Expert Measurement & Controls Engineer. This position is located in Calgary, featuring a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for field travel across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
In this senior role, you will serve as Kingston Midstream’s subject matter expert, leading the development of comprehensive measurement strategies and standardizing controls across various sites. You will manage compliance and execution of control system methods while interacting with both technical teams and operators. Your leadership in root-cause investigations and preventive actions will be critical for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of measurement strategy company-wide
• Optimize control systems for safety and efficiency
• Assist with engineering designs for capital projects
• Conduct field audits and troubleshooting activities
• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant discipline)
• 10–15 years in measurement and controls
• Strong understanding of custody transfer measurement
• Excellent communication with technical teams and regulators
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
