Key Responsibilities
- Learn and support sales activities by managing existing customers and exploring new business opportunities
- Be trained to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets
- Understand market trends and customer needs with guidance from experienced team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across Malaysia and the SEA region
- Assist in communication, follow-ups, and coordination with customers and internal teams
- Support contract preparation, order processing, and basic documentation work
- Prepare simple reports, sales updates, and market insights
- Join customer visits and regional business trips (local & overseas) for hands-on exposure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in edible oil refining/export sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and willing to travel (local & SEA)
- Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus
